  • This hotel visit was from 6/20/16 - 6/23/16, I enjoy staying at Candlewood or Staybridge Hotels because I do not like surprises. My experience has been 100% satisfied each and every time and the price is reasonable given all the amenities. As a IHG member - I get a better deal (worth looking into if you travel a little or a lot). Well this experience was especially memorable. I booked two rooms for myself and out of town guests. They enjoyed it so much we asked for another night. They did their magic and made it happen, despite 'no rooms available.' I had an unexpected situation occur, which needed to be addressed and completed while at the hotel. This involved some faxing back and forth. The front desk was amazing in assisting. My thanks to Timothy (Employee of the Month) for working hard to make sure our two rooms were close together and arranged for us to remain in our rooms for an additional night. Thanks to Emily Ugarte who helped me with the faxing, printing and even accepting an email from me in order to print it out. I expect to see her photo on the wall next time as "Employee of the Month!". Finally, many thanks to the wonderful manager Tiffani Choukalas who proudly cheered her team on as they found out my problem was resolved thanks to all of them. So aside from a great location, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, safe parking all the amenities you need (including laundry room, your own full kitchen and much more), you will also have a wonderful staff making sure your stay is comfortable.
