Do not ever see Toby. Unless unethical sales are your thing. Very disappointing that you can take advantage of people by signing them up for insurance without ever having a conversation about it. Just magically a letter showed up thanking me for signing up. Yeah that never happened. Went in to upgrade my phone and was told there was a $30 fee. I asked if that could be waived. I was told that it could be waived if I bought a phone case for $30. So why would anyone pay a $30 upgrade charge and get nothing, or buy a phone case for $30? Unreal. I am a manager of sales associates and I would escalate and fire anyone that was taking advantage of people. I will NEVER EVER recommend this branch and I honestly don't know if I would ever recommend Verizon. I will be sure to share this story everywhere. How pathetic
