  • My nails look so bad. There is no regard for painting within the nail and after looking at it once leaving the nail salon I instantly regretted giving tip. The top coat was splashed on haphazardly and you can see a clear definition between top coat and nail polish...which is NOT okay. The edges are jagged, and my roommate said she thought it was ruined nails I've had for weeks when I just got them done earlier by a disgruntled older woman. She never acknowledged me or anything and the owner and other workers were extremely rude when my friends and I insisted on a polish change ONLY, not gel. Immediately they charged to remove existing gel nails which is fine, but when each nail person was told they had this look of disdain like it's a waste of their time. She was also mumbling under her breath but I understand Vietnamese. Also when I was first seated another lady came by and asked my to move so I grabbed my purse but she grabbed my phone and other belongings to move it but I don't think it's okay to touch other's belongings. I just felt rushed and not at all a priority; what they don't realize is if you do a bad job at a simple task then why would I return and trust you with a greater/more expensive service. Thankfully there is a myriad of other nail spas in existence and hopefully they won't suck more than this one. The hastiness/carelessness shows well in my nails. Such a waste of $21.
