  • I went to 4 different places before arriving to this place. The places I went to gave me extremely high estimates and when I called uBreakIfix to ask for a quote, Alex said that it was a bit weird what I was asking for and if I could place come in so they could do a free Diagnostics on my computer. I took it in and I found out that nothing that the other places said were correct. Seemed like the other places were trying to scam me. They replaced only my hard drive and keyboard and even gave me my old hard drive. Ended up saving over $400 because of their honesty. Customer service is 100% amazing. Every single person there ( i spoke and dealt with 3) were kind, honest and on top of things. I ended up fixing my phone there also because I was so happy with how well my computer was taken care of. Extremely happy with this place and won't be going anywhere else. They are EXTREMELY honest and do amazing work. I'm very happy and thankful.
