  • I love love love this location. There is a Petco right around the corner from my house, but I still make the drive to this location ONLY. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. No one seems bothered by my questions, and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. I bring my spoiled brat of a Pomeranian in for grooming. Even when she nips and yaps the whole time, all the groomers seem to love her. If they don't, they are great actors! I feel welcome every time. All the employees that I come across always smile and make eye contact. They ask if I need help without seeming overbearing. There is always someone on the sales floor ready and willing to help and answer questions. I gave them four stars instead of five only because the parking lot is a little tight and hard to get in and out of, and sometimes the cashier is alone and needs some extra help. Those complaints are small and would not keep me from driving across town just to visit this location! Thank you Petco, and Princess thanks you too!!
