  • I reserved my motorcycle almost 3 months in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, the only available Harley ElectraGlide had several issues before I even left the location. No keys so I had no way to lock the bike, bags or tour pak, which is a huge inconvenience on a multi-day ride. The front compartments were broken and secured with electrical tape (looked like shit). There was no gas cap (luckily I checked just before I rode off) and less than half tank of gas. KickShifter was missing, so the guy there stole one from another bike, but it fell off mid-ride, (I was able to turn around and pick it up off the road, and had the Flagstaff location re-install it). The bike was also very dirty, Coffee spilled on fenders, etc. and it really looked like it was badly abused. All of this severely delayed our start from Phoenix, causing us to get to our destination after dark. I've rented from other EagleRider locations in the past and they were top notch, but I will never rent from this location again as it was a very disappointing experience.
