  • I visited Fuji Yama on 17th for the second time last night and I continue to be impressed! We ordered salmon sashimi and a few different rolls including their featured fusion roll of the night. All of the food was tasty and I had no issues with the salmon sashimi besides the fact that the pieces seemed to be a maybe bit on the small side. Our server was very friendly and engaging and she accommodated my husband's gluten-free meal requirements very very well. I'm always happy when servers have a clue and don't get the "deer-in-headlights" when confronted with allergies and food intolerances! I found the service to be kinda slow but not so much that it detracted too much from the quality of the experience. I will definitely be back!
