  • I found their office manager to be one of the rudest women I've ever encountered - especially considering they were supposedly working for me. Everytime I see one of their 'caring' commercials it makes me laugh, as does the ridiculous nascar one that makes the boss herself look like a shameless panderer. They nickel and dimed my settlement citing, of all things, office supply costs like copier paper. It wasn't all bad and they were not bungling incompetents. However the friendliness they so heavily promote is as fake as some bleached blonde hair.
