  • Terrible experience! It took me over an hour just to get to the reservation counter. There were over 15 people in line in front of me. There were only two agents working at the counter. Completely unacceptable! They should have known that there were going to a large number of people renting cars at this time, especially if they had known there was a huge volleyball tournament, veterinary conference & a trade show going on that week. Never renting from Dollar again!!!
