  • If God created a burger better than that of Blu Burger Grille, he must have kept it for himself. Kobe beef? Bison beef? Even Salmon? These are all fantastic things you can make your burger out of. The way rad thing is that the whole "build-your-own" isn't like any other restaurant. You can build it with ingredients not found at other establishments and you even have quite the assortment of buns to choose from, as well as sauces. I won't go into detail of all the combinations because I am terrible at math (And almost went batty trying to figure out all the drink combos at Sonic). I would also like to commend the restaurant on their quickness. They were packed due to their inside having some sort of function and our server was still prompt and we got our food in what seemed under ten minutes. I was very surprised. Also, sweet potato fries? Boy howdy these were awesome.
