Pros: The office itself is nice, clean, and professional looking. The front office staff, assistants, and doctors are friendly.
Cons: The electronic check-in process is a little complicated. I think it would be better to talk with the doctor instead of having to tap on a computer screen to document my symptoms. I had to wait approximately 40 minutes in an exam room before being seen by the first doctor. The exam itself was okay but I was adjusted by a different doctor in an open treatment room. Their treatment area is set up in such a way that other patients are waiting and/or being treated all in the same room. I asked why their office is set up this way and was told this is more efficient for them to treat patients. However, as a new patient is was awkward.
On my second visit, I didn't have to wait as long but had to wait in the open treatment area on a bench while I watched other patients being treated right in front of me. I feel like this could be a confidentiality or privacy issue. Once it was my turn to be adjusted, the doctor's adjustment was a little rough and another patient made a comment about how loud the cracking was. The adjustment was rushed and I only saw the doctor for about five to ten minutes before he handed me off to an assistant. The doctor moved on to the next patient before advising me about any follow-up or when I should come back. I felt I couldn't ask any questions or have a conversation about my treatment because other patients were within earshot and he had already moved on to another patient.
While I do think everyone in the office is nice, it wasn't enough for me to want to come back. I'm sure other people would be just fine with their setup and treatment methods but it wasn't right for me.
