Worst customer service I have ever come across. Tyler (Sales Manager) is very arrogant and talks down to customers and very argumentative. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler on two occasions with the same result. Will not give information to talk to store manager about his poor customer service skills and says that he is the acting manager and it is his position to resolve these issues.
Unfortunately i cannot choose a negative rating for this location, and quite honestly I will not be giving any of my money to this location as the culture of this store is horrible. Nobody ever around to help. Employee's stand around and stare at you instead of help. When you ask for help, you usually get a smart ass remark or they don't have a clue what they are talking about.
Buyer beware and don't expect any customer service.
