  • I went last Monday for the $7. bakers dozen special. The first employee asked what I wanted and I told her the $7. special, all sesame seed, not sliced. She turns around and tells a man to help me. I repeat the order, the $7. special, 13 bagels, all sesame, not sliced. He then asked what kind do you want? Do you want them sliced? I repeat the order and he walks away. Next a senior gentleman employee asks me what I wanted. At this point I was annoyed! I told him the same order, emphasizing 13 bagels. He asked what kind do you want. So I repeat again and go to the cashier. I asked for a freezer bag which she gave me. I paid, went to my car and started placing the bagels in the plastic bag to find the man couldn't count to 13! He gave me 11 bagels. I went back inside and told the first woman after telling 3 people my order, I only have 11 bagels. How hard is it to count to 13? She glared at me, put on a plastic glove, placed 2 more bagels in my bag, turned her back on me and I left. I will never return. Great service at the Einstein location on Flamingo and the 215!
