rev:text	We purchased the eight session promotion for our family. We have three young children. Their own fine print stated "Valid for ANYONE 48" and above WITHOUT an accompanying adult and for ANYONE under 48" WITH an accompanying adult". We drove nearly 30 miles from our home to go there. Upon arrival, we spoke with the lethargic, obese, young male, who was slouched in a chair at the front counter. He was playing with his cell phone while heavily gasping for air. We advised him we had pre-purchased their 8 session promotion and we wanted to redeem it. He then suddenly and rudely exclaimed "it's not for adults"!!! I was both surprised and shocked at his ability to mustard up the energy to be so vicious , especially after previously observing his sloth-like nature. Leaving us confused, we asked him what he meant and asked him to elaborate further. He then simply used his chubby index finger to point at a sign on top of the counter. The sign stated you must be under 5'-7" tall and less than 150lbs. I pointed at my three small children and my wife who is only 5'-05" tall and about 120lbs. He stated over the limit. I told him he was clearly wrong and suggested his business make available a scale for weighing and a measuring tape for checking height. He said "I don't need one". I continued to make attempts to reason with him, based upon logic and the business's own rules, but he was immovable, both literally.....and figuratively. This was clearly false advertising, rude service, and overall bad business practice. This company should hire friendlier people with better customer service skills. Needless to say we'll never return!!
