  • I am very disappointed with the service from the consultants, but let me let start off on a positive note. The shop is very clean and has a vast variety. When I first entered, I was immediately greeted. One of the associates explained to me that once I find the dresses that I wanted, someone will assist me in trying them on. But on a very negative not, my assigned associate was not helpful at all. When I found the first two dresses, she assisted with putting them in the fitting room. After I put 3 more dresses in my fitting room, I told her that I was ready to try on my wedding gowns. She then told me to go ahead and try the dresses on, and she would check on me. Mind you, I was trying on Bridal gowns, and not a prom or cocktail dress. Bridal gowns are very hard to try-on alone.I attempted to try-on the dresses myself, but could not zip or lace up anything. Needless to say I will not purchase a dress from NY Bride & Groom.
