I can't believe in this world we live in America, where hard working Americas sweat blood and tears to even aford health care that this heartless hospital exists. I brought my brother here because he was in extreme pain...to the point of tears from possibly a tumor on his back. We waited 2 hours and had not seen a doctor yet. When we asked the lady at the front desk what was taking so long, and to please help my brother with his pain...her reply was "there's nothing I can do mam". I then asked a nurse for help...and his reply was "We have no doctors available". I realize that there are a lot of people who are sick and everyone in that emergency room deserves the right to be seen as soon as the doctor is available to help them. My question is at what point do we decide as a human being to not help some who is in extreme pain, where people at front desks of hospitals and nurses of Banner Estrella choose to not have a heart and look the other way. We are our own demise, and it seems like the more people make this choice, the more we all have less of a chance to even exist. After waiting almost 3 hours I ended up taking my brother to another hospital.
