  • I would like the business owner, Velinda, to message me. This is ridiculous. There are multiple reviews here on yelp having the exact same problem I've had today. NO ONE called me to let me know my dogs were ready until after their closing time. They did, however, call me an HOUR after closing to let me know I was being charged for not picking up my dogs past the time they closed on a Sunday, 4:00. I told the person on the phone, Cassandra, that I was not going to pay a fee for picking up my dogs late when I was not called when my dogs were ready. When I got there, the girl at the front, Emily (or Yamily?) said that NOBODY that worked there would do that, everybody has worked there for years yada yada, implying that I was perhaps lying about not being called. Thus my joy of picking up my newly cleansed dogs quickly turned into frustration, as if I was talking to an empty flower pot that would refuse to acknowledge that anyone there just forgot to call me. That's fine, mistakes happen but don't try to lie about it. As for the grooming, they did a decent job, but as with last time I brought my dogs here it looked like my corgi was not trimmed YET AGAIN. Wow! How these people fail to check so many boxes on both my visits and still have 4 stars on Yelp is beyond me.
