  • THE 10 STEPS OF PATHETIC INCOMPETENCE! 1.called confirmed my insurance is accepted 2.arrived submitted insurance card asked to make sure they take my insurance. 3. waited what seemed like forever 4. saw a physician assistant 5. prescriptions given to medical assistant to fill..yes I know it's pathetic! 6.almost all prescriptions that the pharmacy received were wrong 7.several phone calls to dr office, and prescriptions still called in wrong. 8. about 320 dollars of bills in mail... 9.story changes ..according to office manager Dr doesn't take my insurance..WTF? 10. lies, incompetence, and possible male practice from staff at office of Dr Andrew Nava! 11. call to attorney RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... RUN AWAY FAST...... VERY FAST!
