  • We had tried telling Cynthia to contact me weeks prior to wedding since she said we could get extra flowers or something to make up for the extra tables they had charged us for. The sign in table vase did not have the arrangement I wanted too for on top of vase. We had no aisle runner we had requested and we had nothing blocking the rose petals on each side where the aisle runner was suppose to be. The vase with floating candle looked super cheap and tacky not at all what I had explained I wanted. I wanted flowers submerged in bigger vases with a bigger flower bouquet on top. Every time we had tried having Cynthia contact us she always was too busy. Poor communication and not sure if it was due to the high turn over. Seems as if the only time communication really happened was when you guys wanted payment. We went thru numerous people and never got a consistent person to deal with for the wedding. We never spoke with anyone on the day of the wedding. Overall, we are very displeased with the service that was provided.
