Ada V... Ada V..... Ada V... is a person I wish I had never met and will never forget. I had the unpleasant pleasure of meeting Ada V at the Quest suite 309 Del Webb Building, off of Eastern and St. Rose this morning.
Prior to my experience with Ada, I witnessed her calling a lady back for blood work. She looked and spoke with lots of attitude as I thought to myself, I hope I don't get her.
Well of course, Ada V called my name, I greeted her a " Good Morning" she mumbled something back then told me to take a seat. In silence; I sat their as she busied herself with filled blood vials of another patients.
After several minutes, she turned towards me and forcefully slapped the extended arm rest down. As it slammed into position she said " put your arm on the rest". She then asked if I had any water and when was your LAST time. I said yes, since 5am the last time being 5 minutes go. Ada V shook her head in what I would describe as discuss and angrily said" it takes 1.5 hours to take affect". I'll assume she did not here " since 5am " part.
I asked her if I did something to her because she seemed upset and irritated and asked if she wanted me to leave. She then said in a angry tone .."I've got a job to do " as she plunged the needle in my arm and the blood started flowing.
The experience was painful and dreadfully uncomfortable. I departed with a feeling that my blood work will be tempered.
It's unfortunate that I met Ada V today, IMO she should not be allowed to represent or handle patients vital diagnostic fluids or records. Their is a trust issue that I lost knowing Ada V handled my diagnostic test today.
