  • Took my bike here on 10/15/2016 to be tuned up and tires replaced (it had been sitting in a shed for three years and needed some things done to be ride-able again). When I originally dropped it off they told me two or three or days, so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day telling me it was ready. Everything was great except one of the shifters was acting up and I couldn't get into gears 14 to 21, so I took it back in and the tech, Josh, spent a good 45 minutes working with me to get it adjusted and working right.
