  • Unfortunately in the last several months coming to this facility, Dr Tsai's services and office have shown to be rather below average... The office girls are constantly screwing up paperwork and referral requests. Dr Tsai never seems 100% confident in his responses to questions. He is always asking, "well, what do you think may be a good solution to your ailment?" not that I don't appreciate a doctor whom takes my concerns and questions, etc. into consideration, but its another thing when he is always asking you [the patient] questions that he the doctor should be answering not asking... Kind of strange to me. I will find a more confident primary care physician.
