I've purchased equiptment from this company for years. Weekly stops for odds and ends.. two cycle oil, ect.
Ive always enjoyed the front of the house. Andrew specifically, but since day one over 6 years ago I've had one bad experience after another. Last month it took 7 weeks for a factory warrantied item to be repaired. With zero communication when calling after 5 weeks I got the same unprofessional attitude from the service dept. Everyone who utilizes them for service will know exactly what the problem is. Without getting into too much detail the 2 female service managers and techs are decent mechanics, but terrible professionals.
Bought a brand new piece of equiptment at the end of July. It stopped running in December. After bringing it in for what was under a normal use warranty repair I was told there was a charge. I guess they would rather jump over dollars to pick up nickles.
I never yelp, but this company has over charged me and taken advantage of me for the last time. Anyone in the industry who has used them previously will tell you the same. We all talk.. I'll make sure all my other industry members know about my experiences. Again..id like to say Andrew has been great! Back of the house (service) is terrible. I don't care how good of a mechanic you are. There are multiple other options in town. Most are more cost effective. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
