I rented my car through the car dealership. I only had two choices of cars. One was a Jeep Compass and the other was a Dodge Charger. Since I brought in a van and am used to bigger vehicles, I chose the Jeep Compass. I was shocked to learn that the seat did not raise in the vehicle. I could barely see over the steering wheel. I thought that I probably just did not know how to raise the seat so I checked with my husband and he confirmed that it did not have the ability to be raised. Secondly, when the vehicle was in idle, it vibrated so badly I thought it was going to die. Another tip I could give to Enterprise about renting their vehicles is to clean the windows and mirrors. Having a vehicle that has some kind of film coating on the inside of the windows and mirrors gave the impression of a dirty vehicle. This coupled with the fact that I could not raise the seat to see over the steering wheel made driving a little difficult.
On a good note, the Enterprise rep was very friendly and helpful. She processed the order quickly and I had no concerns with her.
