| - Wham, bam, thank you ma'am! Went in here knowing exactly what I wanted (one step ahead of things, I suppose) and I was immediately approached by a friendly face in that familiar blue shirt. I told him what I was looking for, he went to the back to find it, came out and gave it to me, I paid for it and am now on my merry way! I appreciate the fact that while I was waiting for him to get my item, no less than 3 employees asked if I needed help. Customer service seems to be a priority here. Admittedly, in not a technologic genius so I don't often find myself in Best Buy (or any other store like it). When I do visit one, it's often intimidating and overwhelming. The ever helpful employees at this store made me feel at ease. Until we meet again, Best Buy, thanks!
