  • My experience, while a bit unusual, was really first class. I originally met with Rob Zullo to view a former courtesy vehicle that the dealership had listed for sale. After test driving and seeing the vehicle, I left to run some errands while the team worked the trade value for my current vehicle. After reviewing that information and ready to fire away, I got a call from Rob saying the car had just sold. Bummed, I figured my car shopping was done for the day. However, Gary and Steve worked with Rob to see what they could do to get me into a new TLX. I was looking for used for the value but the team did everything they could to create a win/win on a new TLX, which I gladly drove home later that day. There are other Acura dealers closer to my house, but the experience I had with Rod, Harry, Steve and Charles (finance) have me committed to doing service work with Acura North Scottsdale going forward. I would gladly recommend their laid back and "solution finding" approach to family and friends!
