  • Wow this was a truly disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken roll and realized even at lunch rush they are not made fresh from the oven. They are pre-made, refrigerated and then microwaved. While waiting around for the reheating of my roll I had a chance to look around to find their "C" rating from the department of heath. What can I say it is refrigerated and reheated chicken so it is tough and tasteless. It is clear they have extremely poor management and no head chef to control quality. It is a solid avoid.
