I can't say enough about the new Pan-Asian menu! Ive always had favorites at Upstream, but the new fare is making me forget the old. I now crave the Green Papaya salad and the Chicken Karaage. They cook amazing duck for that salad and who knew fried chicken could be so tasty with a Japanese flair! The Bronzino was light but flavorful. Krispy Fish and Pork Belly wraps were amazing and the portions were generous. We also tried The Rock, sliced NY strip you cook on a piping hot rock at the table. My husband ordered a second one it was so fun and tender! The Hot to Trot cocktail kept me ordering more and wondering why we waited so long to get out and give the new chef a whirl. Cheers!
