  • This guy is a jerk!. They were sent by my home warranty company to fix a refrigerator. In the course of pushing it back into place, they fractured the water line, which I didn't realize until the next day when my downstairs neighbor called to tell me water was leaking into her apartment. Fine - accidents happen. I called the guy, who then took two days to call me back, told me to call my home warranty company and hung up on me. I called him back to get additional information as to his insurance as well as if he felt a 2 day turn around was appropriate for a call back after causing damage. He hung up on me again. I managed to get to his insurance company through my warranty company, but I would never dream of calling this guy for anything in the future.
