  • Ordered flowers for relatives birthday. The policy they don't state, that is "not on their website" if you are not home, they leave the flowers with any random neighbor. The delivery person then calls you to tell you the address of whom they left the flowers and gifts with, even if you say no don't know those people. They do not care who they leave their delivery with, once they collect your money. It is a done deal for them. They got their money and they don't care. I would not recommend these people. One of the owners that I spoke to about their policy of leaving flowers with random neighbors, was named Jacob. Jacob apologized for raising his voice and was totally unapologetic it is all about the money and not about customer service.
