  • The rooms were amazingly comfortable as always. I had an issue with the bartender and a manager named Esther. I ordered 2 shots of tequila which rang up to $8/per. Once I got my bill, the royal was $21.46. Obviously, the extra $5 was enough for me to question. After speaking with one very helpful gentleman, he directed me to Ester. She basically advised that because in addition to the liquor, the fact that I ordered salt and 2 slices of like, an additional $2+ tax was charged. Never have I been asked to pay for 4 shakes of salt and 1/4 of a lime. ESPECIALLY to the tune of 5 extra dollars. The $5 is NOT an issue but I am not pleased with the hidden fees and lack of communication. As a Hilton Honors member AND a employee account holder I expect more from Hilton and sadly will not be staying at this beautiful establishment again. Shameful to say the least.
