My husband wanted to get me an eyebrow jewelry for Christmas. He went to this place to find one. As the gift was suppose to be a surprise he couldn't ask me about the size I wear, so he was hoping to have the store worker help him figure it out using a picture of me with my current jewelry in. What the store worker told him is that he shouldn't worry about the size because he can just buy the design he likes and then just exchange it for a different size if the jewelry doesn't fit me as long as he keeps the receipt. So thinking that that the size is not a problem my husband went ahead and got the piece. The jewelry ended up not fitting me so we went back to the store to exchange it. So this time the store worker (different one) looked at us all surprised and stated that they do not do exchanges for body jewelry and explained why that is (which is a completely understandable reason, but thats not what he've been told when buying the piece). If he wasn't lied to about the return policy my husband would've made sure he does know my size before buying his gift. So the result is: wasted money, spoiled Christmas gift and spoiled mood. Very disappointed.
