rev:text	My Auto is the Best and only place I will ever go to again period. I have a Range Rover my a/c went out. I went to my auto on Craig rd it was close and Free is free. Did the FREE check. They said it was electrical and needed $100 to further diagnose it but I would get the $100 back if I do the repair there. I said Thank you but no. I always take my Range Rover to Land Rover dealerships. Land Rover said the same thing electrical but $150 to diagnose and then $79 to fill with freon (check compressor) I said yes. They will also credit the money back if I do the repairs and I was going to go there anyway so fine. Came back bad compressor. Just my luck. I buy my own parts I can get them cheaper with the connections I have so I said I I would be back and needed to order the parts. I did not setup a time because I did not know when the parts would be in so I lost $150. They comped the $79 freon. Well it gets hot in Vegas. Friday and 110° the parts arrived. I called Land Rover dealership and of course no sat appointment so Monday would be the best bet if I was lucky because they are busy. Desperate I called my auto. Talked to Steve the manager. He said he will have a technician on sat if I can come in on sat 8am. Not wanting to wait in this heat I said I would be there. They not only did the repairs. They got it all done in one day. Wow. I was told it was a 2 day repair job. Awesome! I arrived to see Steve with a big smile on his face proud of their work. Steve stated "your air is blowing at 32°" with the digital temp gauge in hand. He showed me the old parts and explained the repairs and prices. He answered all my questions and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. They were a lot lower on price then I expected. My air has never been colder. The staff and management excel on customer service and excellent work. I even got my oil changed the same day. It is hard to find a trust worthy mechanic shop. I feel confident writing this review to tell you be safe go here. Oh almost forgot to tell you they even stayed after hours for me to pick up my car the same day... Thank you to Steve and all the staff.
