  • Review is for Sanderson Service Dept: This team is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. Mike Alevizos has been taking care of my ride for several years. The personalized service I receive on any occasion is pretty much second to none. When I recently found myself in the market for a new car I wanted so much to get that cute little fiat. I'd been pricing them for months until I realized that I'd have to HOPE that I'd get a 'halfway decent' service advisor for regular maintenance & possible warranty issues. Well, this ain't L.A., so my choices would be extremely limited. Total deal-breaker. Since I've found Mike @ Sanderson, I will be loyal to that place as long as I have to stay here in Phoenix.(much to his dismay, I'm sure-I'm positive that I'm more of a pest than other customers/Sorry Mike!!) I've had pretty great Ford dealer service experiences in FL, NJ, Santa Monica & Los Angeles. And then there was the time I locked my keys in my trunk at a rest area in the middle of the Mohave in the summer(idiot!)...the local Ford dealer was about 40 mi away and the service guy drove out to give me a dummy key. And he said "no charge".Who does that?? Anyhoo..go see Mike. Mike Alevizos. He's really, really the best you can get. You won't go wrong if you purchase your new car from Jason Lopez there-super quick deal/NO nonsense-and then use Sanderson Service routinely to show your ride some love.
