  • DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE.....Wish I had read prior reviews. Had them clean my carpets. They show up with some portable cleaner in the back of a little car. They used the water from my outside faucet which was freezing cold and their machine never got it even warm. The carpets were freezing cold when he finished and still soaking wet 24 hours later. Not sure how long it will take to completely dry. The technician tried to tell me the suction would pick up a 7# bowling ball. There was absolutely no steam involved. Basically they saturate your carpet and leave. Carpet Cleaner...not a chance. Called Brandy, their ofrfice mgr and she said she had to contact supervisor but she knew they would only redo the carpet..no refund. Why would I want them to come out and saturate my carpet again.
