rev:text	I would call this the run of the mill average to above average dim sum dining. There's a lot better out there in other cities, but also a lot worse (like my city). If you live in a city with amazing dim sum (SoCal etc) you'll likely find this place just ok, but for anyone coming from towns that don't have much, you will enjoy this. The pros here is that they have dim sum all day, and the restaurant space is large to accommodate many people. Parking is available in the large lot, but I could see parking being a problem if many large families bought many cars and filled up the place. The restaurant was about half full when we dined in, and the carts came around quickly offering us various dishes. I thought the selection was pretty decent, and they certainly have all the "essentials". There are some fancier places that have more options but I think Orchids does just fine with what they provide. I would return if I got another dim sum craving while visiting Vegas!
