  • I have been going to this gym for more than a year now. The reason i like this gym so much is because it is spacious (or appears spacious due to high ceiling) and stays open 24/7. They have lots of cardio machines specifically treadmills. After recent renovation they added a separate leg area which is awsome on your leg day! The gym also have a separate warmup room (relatively small though), large locker rooms, swimming pool, dry sauna, indoor, outdoor parkings and offers personal training, jumba class and many other services. Like all other gyms this gym also have a busy period when you may need to wait to use a machine but they do have lots of machines otherwise. Staffs are friendly and management is on site most of the times. Staffs try their best to keep the gym clean at all time. You will see them cleaning while you workout. This gym is coed,so, both testosterone and estrogen are welcome here!
