| - I would give them zero stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COST.
(1) we picked the cab up at Aria to go to M&M and we were in the back of Aria so did not realize M&M was so close. Instead of telling us nicely of this, the driver sighed, told us rudely we could've just went through Aria to go to the other side and crossed the street, but now he has to deal with traffic.
(2) we were speaking in Japanese in the cab as that is our first language. Apparently the driver did NOT like this so he kept on sighing, raising the music volume, etc. I can understand the sentiment IF this was in a group setting where we knew the guy, but why would we speak in English just to please this rude asshole? Very rude and almost borderline discrimination / racism. I was actually beginning to be scared of this guy.
(3) when he was making a turn, there were 2 pedestrians who illegally was walking on the crosswalk; because of this, he was not able to turn on time and when the crosswalk light turned, we were surrounded by walking pedestrians. Instead of being mature, the driver yelled at the walking pedestrians - not the 2 who were doing this illegally, but at those who were crossing because it was green. Wtf? Zero self control and anger management issues?
(4) Because I was scared, gave him $2 tip on $8 fare. How would I know this psycho won't come after us? Of course no "thank you" or appreciation, just plain rude attitude.
(5) I called in to report an issue, however, the phone number that they make their drivers display is for Nevada Taxi Authority to report ILLEGAL riders. Wtf?!
(6) had to google this company and called them and got transferred to a guy who deals with issues; as he was not available, I left a voicemail requesting to be called back immediately. 5 days later, still no call back.
Makes me think this is NOT just the driver issue, but the Company itself has a terrible tone at the top. I wouldn't be surprised if some shady shit is going on.
I want my money back and I wish no one ever uses this company.
