If you shop here I recommend knowing exactly where the product you're looking to buy is located, because their employees probably don't.
Went in looking for stools we'd seen on their website, asked an employee near the entrance who then started walking in one direction. As we followed him he asked another employee who joined our quest walking in the same direction. Then the second employee yelled across a quarter of the store to ask another employee who responded that the stools were by the stepladders on the other side of the store, where we had come in. We turned around to walk back with the two employees and took the opportunity to make sure they understood we weren't looking for stepladders but the more senior of the two said that the stools were by the stepladders, even so, on the way he asked a fourth employee where the stepladders were. Then, we turned the corner to find only stepladders and the employee points at the stepladders and says "stepladders!" We looked at each other in disbelief and I said "No, stools!" He just look confused and we had, had enough so we left.
Lowes really doesn't train their people, none of the four people we encountered actually knew if there were stools in the store but all pretended like they were helping us when really they were just wasting our time.
