  • I read a lot of really great reviews here and ordered service right after. I appreciated the discount being my first time, but the cost was still twice as much as any company I have used. Since the cost was so much more I was hoping for the great service I had read about! I was not so lucky with my visit! My main concern was about Brown Recluse Spiders in my home, and outside. VERY SCARY and I have two dogs who stay outside, so for myself and my dogs I was concerned. I expressed that, as well as with wanting to prevent other little pests. Service was done Yesterday, and today I went out to do laundry. I walked into the room and THERE WERE 3 SEPERATE WEBS AND SPIDERS!! these webs were extremely visible and should not have been missed when I was assured they were taken care of ( I asked multiple times ) It has not been more than 24 hours and I am seeing this already, Needless to say I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied! I am updating this post thanks to the quick response of the company. They came out the next day to re check areas for me. I was taken care of, regarding my concern, and appreciate when a company will take responsibility for a job done.
