rev:text	A/C went out. Called one company that gave appointment 4 days later, another that charged $70 evaluation fee in addition to repair cost. Called Joe who came within two hours, no evaluation fee, explained problem, explained that replacing unit was an option but recommended against that, did repair. Straight forward and efficient. Will be calling him for any A/C problems we have in the future.
