  • Worst expierence ever. My husband called two weeks in advance to let them know we filed for bankruptcy and gave them all them info they needed. Also for them NOT to take any more money from us because of our financial situation. They waited until midnight to post payment for the ENTIRE loan amount overdrafting my account and causing me to not be able to pay basic necessities. I have rent and electric both due my husband and I both get paid and the amount of both of our paychecks is not even enough to cover the negative status of our account. I have called multiple times as has my husband to rectify the situation and No one is giving us answers. When I pulled up the terms of the contract ( it doesn't state they can take money if i can't pay only that it goes to collections) they keep pushing us off to new employees or trying to make us call collections! My account didn't even have the chance to go into collections so I'm not sure what they can do for me. I will contacting their corporate office for answers as well as reporting this location for its business practices and possibly pursuing legal action.
