I are both breakfast and dinner here just to see if the food got any better and alas, it did not. Despite having to wait 15 for a server to offer me a drink, the biggest issue I had was the carved meat station. For $30+, when I ask for rare meat, that does not mean give me the oldest, driest and most overcooked piece. When I asked for a different piece that was rare, the man behind the station kept saying "Sorry, that's it" I asked again if I could have a rare piece and was told I needed to take the piece he cut. Once I was acknowledged, the wait staff was great! In the future, I will be looking into a different buffet... the Indian gaming casino's have much better offerings.
