  • This place is extremely unprofessional, I made an appointment this morning for 12:15p, we had shown up a little early since this was my first time coming here (we were recommended by out insurance company). I filled out my paperwork while three other patients waited in the lobby. The office has NO cell service, and since I had to email the receptionist a copy of my insurance card it took even longer. A little past one and everyone but myself and my husband had been seen. The nurse had asked me up to the front and said "the doctor wants us to have a meeting, and we're still trying to figure out your insurance, do you mind coming back later?" I looked at my husband extremely annoyed for I see this as extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment, filled out my paperwork and did my part. We reluctantly agreed to come back at 2:30p, because "the doctor didn't want to have to stay past 4:30" even though their business hours are until 5pm. We went back at 2:30, and noticed on the door that they close certain days from 12p-2p. So, with this being said - they made my 12:15p appointment without having the intent to actually see me. We walked in and they were still on the phone with my insurance company. I didn't think it would drag out this long, at this point my husband and I are annoyed with the rudeness from the nurse, who had stepped out quite a few times to smoke a cigarette and leave it lit outside. Its about to turn 3pm and we still haven't been seen, the same nurse asks if we need how much our visit would cost, she goes on to explain why it was so high and I had asked her what it meant, and under her breath she had said something along the lines of "I don't know but thats what insurance is for". Regardless of how "dumb" you think my question was, tone in a patient field job is so important. I asked her what she said and she mumbled something else. I looked at my husband and then asked for all of my paperwork that I had given them, and we left. Extremely unprofessional, and very rude. Will not recommend, and would never come back.
