  • Horrible management; rude and just make up excuses why they can't do something. It is 110 degrees here, so we asked for a 2 pack of brownies from the freezer. There were no brownies in the case. The rude manager says that she can't sell me any brownies today because she won't have enough for the next day. That is so stupid. How about ordering more stock. I will no longer waste money at Starbucks or buy my ground coffee there. That is $100 spent else where
