  • I've gone to this location the last 2 days 3 different times for a car alarm installation. I went one day at 12:30pm. I was told they were booked an couldn't install the alarm. Take note that the place closes at 7pm. I stated to the service manager that it was 12:30 and they were completely booked He then shows me 4 speakers and says they had those to install and tried to get me to prepay for the next day. I stated I wasn't paying 300 dollars for installation today and have to come back tomorrow at 12 so I left. So I go back the next day (Sunday) at 12 when they were supposed to open and they didn't open till 12:05 with a line of people waiting at the door and only one person and no technicians. I left again. I returned at 2:30 pm to try again and I was the only one at the store and the same service manager that was there the previous day was too preoccupied instructing the vehicle technicinas to take a display sign down in the store, I waited about 5 minutes and then left. I've been to this location in the past before and have gotten better service when I bought speakers. Im not sure whats going on now but don't waste your time at this location until the get a new manager.
