  • I purchased a dishwasher and the gentlemen that was at the loading dock got physically angry with me for parking in the wrong spot. He gave me dirty looks and then stared me down as if to ask for a fight. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty she seemed to not care and gave no apology but said she would let the manager on Monday know. I can't believe Home Depot employs people with such temper and disrespect. The employees name is Todd. I will be going across the street to Loews for now on. HD you can thank Todd and his unspeakable customer service for one less customer. I guess Lowes should thank him too.
