  • Only gave one star because I can't write a review without one! Absolutely terrible hotel. I found condom wrappers under my bed while I was checking for bed bugs. Later we found a bag weed on the side of the bed on the floor. When I lost my key and went to get a new one, they didn't even ask for ID and just gave me a new key. I definitely don't feel safe here. I marked my pillow cases, sheets, and blankets with makeup just to see how long it took for them to wash them... 3 days later, still nothing so I had to hunt down the maid myself to ask her and she said "yeah we change them everyday" BULL. I walked in on the cleaners talking on their cell phones standing there with the tv on. They don't even clean it's disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the breakfast because the waffle makers. The only good customer service I've encountered here, is with Michael. So thank you Michael, but you need to give your team some tips.
