  • My truck broke down on Tuesday June 4 and had it towed here for repair. Talked to them about it that afternoon and told them what I thought it was, fuel pump or fuel filter. I agreed to the $170 diagnosis fee because I really didn't have a choice. I had to stop in on Friday , June 8, and talk to them because I didn't receive any updates from them. I drive by there every day and saw it sitting in the same place. Only to find out that their way of diagnosis was to let it idle in the parking lot. Not complaining about that. I didn't get my truck back until June 12, because they have other customers, per the service coordinator! They replaced the fuel pump at my request. I still paid the diagnosis fee(!) to get an unwashed truck back with a driver's floor mat covered in oil and grease! Was considering buying a truck there. Not too sure now! Was hoping for the same experience that we got at their Porsche dealership 2 weeks ago! NOT!
