I have had life saving surgery in the past. Most doctors refer to a graft when describing the surgery but a graft was not used in my surgery. I did not know how to refer to it but I did see what it was prior to the surgery and it contained some sort of metal. We postponed my stat MRI so that it could be verified that I could go through an MRI. I provided the staff with the name of the doctor to call and was told they would get back to me next day. They didn't call. When I called them they said I was good to go and to come in. When questioned further they said their manager had said I was ok to go through the MRI. When I asked if the manager had actually called the doctors office she said no that all grafts were cleared for MRI. They lied to me. They put my life at risk. When a simple phone call could have sufficed. Avoid this place!!!! The
